🎓 AHA to OT Pathway | Early Career Program
A structured and supportive program for final-year OT students (2025) and recent grads, allowing you to start working now and transition into a graded OT role after registration.
As an AHA:
Gain hands-on experience with documentation, therapy planning, and NDIS service delivery
Work within your scope while building confidence
Shadow therapy sessions and assist with functional interventions
Receive 1:1 mentoring and weekly supervision from experienced clinicians
Post-Registration (Graded transition to OT):
Structured onboarding and manageable caseload growth
Weekly supervision + peer mentoring
Learn gold-standard tools (e.g. COPM, GAS) and sharpen your clinical writing
Explore specialties like paediatrics, home mods, driver assessment, AT, and more!

Provide support for clients with physical, psychosocial, neurological, and intellectual needs
Deliver clinic, community, school, and home-based therapy
Collaborate with a team of supportive, passionate clinicians
Use modern therapy tools and platforms
Thrive in a goal-oriented, OKR-based environment
✅ What You’ll Need
Final-year OT student (2025) or recently graduated OT
AHPRA registration (or pending)
NDIS Worker Screening Check + WWCC (or willingness—we’ll help!)
Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
