The Opportunity
We’re looking for a polished communicator and driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a busy, dynamic business. The isn't a senior role, it's a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, work closely with hiring managers, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
You’ll need to be comfortable working with manual processes, rolling up your sleeves, and managing multiple priorities at once. It’s a fast-paced environment, so being organised, proactive, and adaptable is key.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of roles, including technical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide tailored advice.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
- Work with the company's external recruitment partner to find excellent talent.
- Help craft job ads and campaigns to attract diverse talent.
- Provide a professional, values-driven candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment systems and processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Support broader People & Culture initiatives and contribute to building a positive team culture.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency & internal - internal is important).
- Some understanding of IT recruitment - training provided
- Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment in busy, deadline-driven environments.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills — polished, professional, and approachable with a bubbly yet grounded personality.
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do the work, even when systems and processes are manual.
- Flexibility to manage peaks in workload and occasional overtime when required.
- Stong understanding of Excel
