Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Officer to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours/week, 5 hours/day). This hybrid role is ideal for someone with hands-on HR experience who thrives in a small team environment and is passionate about supporting staff and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.

Approve leave requests and timesheets accurately and in line with company policies.

Support payroll review to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Assist in employee relations, including disciplinary meetings, performance discussions, and HR compliance matters.

Maintain HR records and documentation with high confidentiality.

Performing any other HR-related tasks as needed (Such as rostering)

Proven experience in HR, preferably in recruitment in the healthcare/disability field

Strong understanding of payroll, leave management, and HR compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
