About the role
Join our dynamic team at Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton as a Registered Nurse - Level 1 in the Surgical Unit on a permanent, part-time basis (32 hours per week).
Make a real difference by providing compassionate care and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a supportive and patient-focused environment.
Salary range: $39.87 - $53.53 per hour plus 12% superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
What you’ll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in the Surgical Unit at Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional nursing care. From advocating for patients' needs to ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, you will play a vital role in contributing to optimal patient outcomes. Your dedication to safe and efficient care delivery will make a lasting impact on the lives of those in our community.
About you
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team with:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- At least 1 year of experience in a specific surgical specialty
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels will help us achieve positive outcomes and provide the highest quality of care to our patients.
