About the role

You Make Me Smile Orthodontics Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our dynamic team in Wodonga, Victoria. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced orthodontic practice, where you'll play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth running of the clinic.

What you'll be doing

Primary focus on reception and patient care

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling and managing patient appointments

Handling patient enquiries and providing information about services

Assisting the dental team with clinical tasks and procedures

Maintaining accurate patient records and completing administrative duties

Ensuring the reception area and clinic spaces are well-organised and presentable

Promoting the practice and its services to potential patients

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry

Dental receptionist who is confident front of house and able to assist chairside when needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office applications

Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team

A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
