An exciting leadership role as Clinical Lead – Speech Pathology has opened within our Queensland team at Food Solutions, Australia’s leading provider of Dietetics & Speech Pathology in Aged Care.

This is a part-time role with the flexibility to be full-time depending on candidate requirements.

As a Food Solutions Clinical Lead, you will:

Provide high-level clinical speech pathology services across aged care and community care settings 🏥

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of speech pathologists, supporting both professional growth and clinical excellence 🌟

Act as a reference point for the team and our homes to support complex dysphagia management including palliative care and Eating and Drinking with Acknowledged Risk (EDAR)

Represent Food Solutions across Queensland, supporting partnerships with our homes through quality improvement work such as IDDSI auditing and education programs

Collaborate nationally with other Clinical Leads and the National Manager to ensure consistency, innovation, and best practice in care delivery

What You’ll Bring:

Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with current SPA membership

Proven experience in complex dysphagia management and aged care

Leadership and/or supervisory experience (formal or informal)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and lead through challenges
