You’ll be the sole Electrical Engineer on the tools, designing solar-first, DC-heavy systems that keep remote modular buildings humming without a drop of diesel. The gear is legit. The product is proven. And the team is genuinely excited about what they're building.

This role sits in a brand-new division that’s going places fast, and they want someone who can keep up... and lead the charge.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing off-grid solar systems that don’t need a Plan B (read: generators)
• Creating detailed electrical drawings and signing off with confidence
• Working directly with clients to spec, size and design systems to suit each build
• Selecting and integrating gear from Victron, Eaton Power, and Eltech
• Ensuring compliance with AS/NZS 4509 and AS/NZS 3000
• Working alongside a highly experienced Electrical Project Manager who gets it

What You Bring

• A degree in Electrical Engineering (or something that gets you to the same place)
• 3 to 5 years designing off-grid solar systems - no training wheels here
• Confidence with DC systems, load balancing and off-grid best practice
• Experience using electrical design software to produce working drawings
• The ability to work solo but not like a lone wolf - teamwork matters
• A bit of vision. You’ll be helping shape a growing product line with serious potential
