As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing the data architecture and pipelines that allow the business to harness insights from vast and complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise scalable ETL / ELT pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing large datasets.
• Develop and maintain robust data models, warehouses, and lakes to support analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver clean, consistent, and well-governed data.
• Implement solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and automate infrastructure where possible.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data pipelines, ensuring availability and performance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to data engineering best practices.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer (5+ years), with exposure to large-scale, complex environments.
• Skills in SQL and at least one programming language.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP also valued).
• Hands-on knowledge of data pipeline and orchestration
• Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for managing cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, warehousing, and governance.
• Previous exposure to transport, logistics, courier, or supply chain industries is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
