Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-person premise reviews to assess compliance with the Agsafe Industry Standard.

Deliver tailored training to agricultural retail and distribution centre staff.

Oversee the delivery of drumMUSTER and bagMUSTER programs in Victoria.

Engage and support collection agencies and processors across Victoria.

Promote stewardship programs through regional events and store visits.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including councils, collection agencies, processors, and industry partners.

Provide feedback to support program innovation and training material development.

Report on activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.

About you

Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).

Lead Auditor Certificate.

Proven experience in AgVet facilitation or compliance audits.

Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.

Comfortable working independently, managing a varied workload, and travelling regionally.

Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders including government, industry, and community groups.

Essential requirements

Current driver’s license.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Access to a home office or base of operations with reliable internet.

Ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays and attendance at national events.
