Initial contract : Till End Dec '25 (short term contract)
Working : Hybrid ( 2-3 days in office )

MUST HAVE : Secretariat functions / Worked with boards, committees

Skills
- Coordinate the delivery of Secretariat functions for Client's boards and committees
- Ensure effective governance of terms of reference, connectivity and processes across the various bodies
- Facilitate secretariat interactions between boards, committees
- Support decision making by boards and committees and ensure consistent, high standards are applied.
- Undertake research, analysis and synthesis of information to support the boards, committees and decision making.
- Applying a high degree of analytical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills in dealing with a range of complex issues whilst working in a high volume and often sensitive work environment with competing demands, strict deadlines and changing parameters.
- Supporting boards and committees to work cohesively across through strong accountability for expenditure of government money and the efficient provision of advice to help facilitate the timely delivery of programs to meet program timeframes and objectives.
