The role involves working within a team, using a high percentage of automated equipment to manufacture, package and dispatch our concrete paving products. Concentration, attention to detail and presentation are the base elements to build off.

Training is provided and depending what you can bring to the team, your long-term role may include -

Hand crafting / machining stone edges with hand tools.

Automated batch plant machine control (Large cement mixers).

Manual fine adjustment and quality control of production processes.

ABB robot operation.

Using forklifts to load and unload shelves, trucks or shipping containers.

Picking / Packing scheduled orders and assisting no warning drive in clients.

General factory organisation and development.

Physical strength is often required to complete some duties and for inspection or part packaging of product.

Priority of opportunity would be assigned to individuals with experience in

using concrete batching machines or similar machinery,

stone crafting, cutting or general machining,

completing calculations, picking and packing,

using forklifts and/or bobcats for bulk loading,

ABB robot operation,

general production environments and related machinery.

Our facility is based at our Bibra Lake Headquarters.

The position is available for immediate, full time start and training.
