About the role

Join the dynamic team at Remastone' as a Factory Hand. This full-time position is based in our fully automated manufacturing facility in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. As a Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production processes and contributing to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Operate various machinery and equipment to efficiently manufacture our products

Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of raw materials and finished goods

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work environment

Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient workplace

Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills

Hold a valid forklift licence for material handling operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the Machine Operators industry

Minimum of 1-2 years of manufacturing experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various types of machinery and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

Excellent team collaboration and communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Australian work rights are essential for this position
