Are you an experienced health or social services leader passionate about improving outcomes in rural and regional communities? Amity Health is seeking a values-driven and collaborative Senior Operations Manager to lead strategic and operational delivery across Integrated and ATSI Mental Health Programs, Chronic Conditions, Aged Care, and EAP services.

About the Role
This senior leadership position is responsible for driving the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative, evidence-based programs that respond to community needs. You will:
Lead a portfolio of services including Integrated and ATSI Mental Health Programs, Chronic Conditions, Aged Care, and EAP services.
Provide strategic and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
Manage program budgets, contracts, and compliance with funding agreements and organisational policies.
Oversee service procurement, clinical governance, and data-driven quality improvement initiatives.
Build strong partnerships with primary care providers, community organisations, and external stakeholders.
Contribute to organisational leadership and support workforce capability, wellbeing, and culture.
This position is critical in shaping service excellence, promoting innovation, and fostering a culture of impact and accountability.
This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week, located at our Head Office in Centennial Park, Albany.

What you’ll bring (Selection Criteria):
Minimum 3 years’ experience at senior leadership level or equivalent experience in a complex matrix environment.
Tertiary qualifications in health administration, social work, psychology, or a related profession; leadership or business management experience.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and positive workplace culture.
Experience in client-facing roles with a commitment to trauma-informed and culturally safe care.
Strong operational and problem-solving skills, including systems thinking and workflow design.
Financial literacy with experience managing budgets, invoicing, and service reporting.
High-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills.
Desirable:
Experience in community health, outreach services, not-for-profit, or allied health settings.
Familiarity with sector-specific compliance such as NDIS.
Experience in clinical governance.
