Orgone Effects Australia is a forward-thinking alternative health company. We specialise in holistic health and wellness products. Our company is expanding globally.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-loving team member to join our small but growing team. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of our brand, helping customers over the phone, via email, and in person at our Somerville office. If you're a clear communicator, love helping people and bring good energy to a team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally

Greet and assist customers visiting the office, providing product information and support

Develop a strong understanding of our product range to confidently educate customers

Track and resolve customer concerns or queries efficiently

Liaise with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house environment

Provide occasional administrative support when required

What we’re looking for

We’re a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. Creating a supportive, down-to-earth workplace is really important to us, and we’re looking for someone who can slot into that with ease. This is a 5 day per week position in our Somerville office.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Patient, kind, and clear when explaining technical or detailed product information

Enthusiastic and positive, with a genuine desire to help others

Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team

Organised and dependable, with strong attention to detail

Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred

A green thumb! We’ve got plenty of plants around the space, and someone who enjoys helping them thrive would be very welcome
