Deliver Concerts, Festivals and Bespoke AV Activations Across WA
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Video Technician to join our Screens & Lighting team in Osborne Park. You will lead the delivery of large-scale LED, projection, and video systems for concerts, festivals, and creative AV activations across Western Australia.

What You’ll Do

Deliver end-to-end LED and video systems for live productions and bespoke installs

Lead on-site screen builds, video operation, and content integration

Configure processors, scalers, and switchers

Manage signal flow and troubleshoot issues

Prep and test gear in the Osborne Park warehouse

Supervise casual crew during bump-in and bump-out

Lead site briefings and uphold safe work practices

Liaise with production managers, creatives, venues, and internal teams

Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders

Support, train, and lead junior and casual staff

Collaborate with a team of skilled technical creatives across departments

What You Bring

5+ years of experience delivering LED and video systems for live events

Strong understanding of signal flow and show-day execution

Confident with processors, switchers, and signal routing

Calm leadership and effective problem-solving under pressure

A team-first mindset and clear communication

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and regional travel

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

Experience in projection mapping, media servers, or content playback

Background in creative activations or branded installations

EWP or Forklift licence

White Card and Working at Heights certification

Manual or HR driver’s licence

$80,000 - $90,000 + superannuation
