we’re future proof — a marketing agency built for brands that want to move fast, grow smart and stand out. we’re looking for a switched-on, self-starting social media + content assistant to join the team.

this is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who lives and breathes content. you’ve got strong instincts for what works online, you’re obsessed with detail, and you know how to get sh*t done. if you’re hungry to grow in a role in content and social, this is your chance to learn from a high-performing team and work doing what you love.

what you’ll be doing:

supporting the planning and execution of social strategies across a range of clients

managing content calendars, comms and scheduling

shooting and editing short-form video (on your phone – think BTS, day-in-the-life, founder chats, aesthetic storytelling)

writing captions, scripting content, pitching ideas for IG + TikTok

community management, basic reporting, engagement tracking

keeping tabs on what’s trending and bringing fresh ideas to the table

supporting marketing collateral, email content, internal comms and general coordination

staying organised and proactive across multiple projects

you’ll thrive in this role if you…

have a sharp visual eye and a high attention to detail

already create content for fun or for clients and love doing it

have a solid grip on Canva + CapCut (or similar tools)

know TikTok and IG: what’s trending, what’s flopping, and why

are curious, coachable and keen to grow

aren’t above the unsexy tasks, you do what’s needed and do it well

are confident juggling multiple things at once (without dropping the ball)

genuinely care about the work you put out

bonus points if you…

have experience in a similar role (agency or in-house)

love working with lifestyle, wellness or e-comm brands

have an interest in AI and new marketing tools

have helped out with things like email campaigns, podcasts or paid ads
