Mazak Integrex Specialist / CNC Machinist – Moorabbin

We are partnering with a precision manufacturing business in Moorabbin to hire a Mazak Integrex Specialist with proven experience on the INTEGREX 300i. This is a permanent, full-time role offering competitive hourly rates and the chance to work on complex, high-tolerance components.

In this role, you will be a key member of the machining team, setting up, programming, and operating Mazak Integrex multi-tasking machines to deliver precision parts on time and to spec. You will drive quality, support continuous improvement, and share your Integrex know-how across the team.

Key responsibilities:
• Program, set, and operate Mazak Integrex (INTEGREX 300i) for multi-axis turning and milling operations.
• Create and optimise Mazatrol programs, adjust tool offsets, and verify first-off parts.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and job travellers to meet tight tolerances.
• Inspect components using micrometres, Verniers, bore gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Maintain machine preventative maintenance and a clean, safe, 5S-compliant work area.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to reduce cycle times, scrap, and rework.

Skills and experience required:
• Demonstrated experience on Mazak Integrex, specifically INTEGREX 300i.
• Strong Mazatrol programming and on-machine editing skills.
• Competence in multi-axis machining, complex workholding, and tool selection.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and hold tight tolerances.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Team-oriented with clear communication and problem-solving skills.
