About the Role

We are seeking a professional Service Coordinator to join our skilled Electrical, Controls, Automation, and Administration team based in Darwin. This role involves managing and facilitating the delivery of services to individuals and clients, ensuring they receive the best support and resources we have to offer.

You’ll assess client needs, develop service plans, and coordinate with stakeholders—including community clients and government agencies—to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and deliver multiple Electrical, Controls, Automation, Instrumentation, and Fire Services projects and maintenance activities.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and support project procurement.

Schedule and dispatch tradespeople and subcontractors according to project timelines.

Plan routine maintenance, manage materials and service providers, and oversee risk and equipment performance.

Monitor service progress, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain clear communication.

Strategically plan across time, cost, and quality to meet project goals.

Identify process improvement opportunities and support team development.

Qualifications and Experience

Preferred:

Electrical trade qualification or strong knowledge of the electrical industry

Management experience or qualifications

Experience in commercial construction projects

Knowledge of WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and Electrical Safety Standards

Required:

Australian Driver’s Licence

Construction Induction (White Card)

Ability to pass a Police Clearance and obtain a Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling tools
