Eligibility to hold an AGSVA security clearance, NV1 highly desirable (Must be an Australian citizen).

Familiarity with MS Visio or similar process modelling tools is a plus. Experience with Holocentric is a bonus!

Tasks & responsibilities

Model business processes collaboratively with the team, ensuring alignment with objectives and the unique needs of our customers.

Engage directly with stakeholders to understand business operations, break down complex workflows, and translate insights into clear, actionable process steps.

Analyse and evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies, uncover opportunities for improvement, and redesign workflows that enhance value and reduce waste.

Gather and document business requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria for improvements.

Develop and maintain information, including process models, business policies, guidance materials, and training packages, forming a digital suite of resources for customer use.

Facilitate workshops and interviews with customers and stakeholders to elicit requirements, validate findings, and ensure shared understanding of business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and subject matter experts, to ensure fit-for-purpose outcomes are aligned with business goals.

Use process modelling tools such as MS Visio or Holocentric to visualise and communicate business processes effectively.
