Job Description

1. Customer Service Officer

Handle deposit, remittance, and general banking transactions.

Provide professional and efficient customer service.

Assist with account opening, documentation, and client enquiries.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures.

2. Credit Analyst

Conduct financial statement reviews and credit analysis.

Prepare credit applications and support approval processes.

Assist with loan documentation, compliance, and reporting.

Collaborate with Credit Managers to ensure quality service delivery.

Key Requirements (Both Roles)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field (required for Credit Analyst, preferred for Customer Service Officer).

Previous banking or financial service experience will be highly regarded. However, it is not a requirement.
