As we grow, we’re on the lookout for a Client Relationship Support Officer — someone who loves helping people, staying organised, and being part of a high-performing (but down-to-earth) team.
🚀 The Role
This is a full-time, office-based role supporting our Brokers and Senior Client Relationship Managers. You’ll help keep everything on track behind the scenes, ensuring our clients feel supported and informed every step of the way. It’s fast-paced, people-focused, and full of opportunities to grow.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
Support the end-to-end processing of loan applications
Answering and directing calls professionally and promptly
Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, real estate agents, and accountants to keep deals moving
Manage administrative tasks, including rate reviews, loan variations, construction progress payments, and other tasks as required
Following up on outstanding documents and tasks to keep applications on track
Assisting with team scheduling, document handling, errands and general support
Stay organised, follow processes, and keep things moving smoothly
This is an evolving role with increasing responsibilities over time, including the opportunity to assist with more advanced duties as you grow in the role.
This position is ideal for someone who’s detail-focused, thrives on structure, and loves ticking things off the to-do list — all while delivering great service to clients and team members.
💡 What We’re Looking For
You don’t need mortgage experience — we value attitude, work ethic, and the ability to learn. If you’ve worked in admin, real estate, banking, legal, customer service, or any fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
You’ll do well in this role if you:
Have 1+ year experience in a fast-paced admin or client-facing environment
Are a strong communicator — confident with both phone and email
Can take direction, follow processes, and ask questions when needed
Stay calm and accurate under pressure in what can at times be an extremely busy role
Are organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Are comfortable working across multiple systems (or keen to learn!)
Are proactive, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping others
Want to be part of a friendly, motivated team
