Occupational Therapist - Residential Aged Care (Part-Time)- South-East Perth

The Opportunity

• Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of individualised therapy programs for residents
• Conduct new admission and comprehensive OT assessments (functional, cognitive, social)
• Collaborate with residents, families, multidisciplinary staff and external health professionals to set goals and annual care plans
• Develop risk assessments and practical strategies to manage functional impairments
• Provide guidance and support to Therapy staff in the design and delivery of programs
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with aged care standards, WHS/OHS and accreditation requirements

You'll Bring

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
• High-level written and verbal communication; able to work autonomously and within an MDT
• Sound understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and WHS/OHS
• Previous aged care experience (residential preferred)
• Compliance: National Police Check (within 6 months) and current influenza vaccination (plus other vaccination requirements as applicable)
• Full Australian Working Rights
