About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Automotive Administration Assistant to join the team at Autofix Mechanical Repairs - AMR4x4 in Kelmscott WA.

This full-time role will provide administrative support across various aspects of the business, with a focus on supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the automotive repair workshop.

What you'll be doing

Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management

Handling customer enquiries and bookings, ensuring a high level of customer service

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies

Communicate between workshop technicians and customers

Preparing and processing invoices and customer payments

Supporting the team with any other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with Automation Microbase knowledge desirable

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy

A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
