Mile End Bagels started in Fitzroy in 2016 and has grown to four stores across Melbourne, with aims to expand into Sydney & Brisbane. We’re a much-loved Melbourne brand built on one simple philosophy: go the extra mile for every customer.

We’re looking for a Store Manager who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and drive results. Reporting to the Cafe Operations Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and keep your store running at its best.

What you’ll do:

Lead, coach, and motivate your team.

Recruit, train, and roster staff.

Manage budgets, stock, and costs.

Deliver consistent customer service excellence.

Grow and develop future leaders.

What we’re after:

Leadership experience in hospitality or retail.

Strong business and organisational skills.

Customer-obsessed, results-driven mindset.

Flexible availability (weekends/public holidays).
