We’re looking for a confident and creative Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team on a 12 month maximum term contract. This role is your chance to bring stories to life, connect with people, and shape how we communicate across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating and delivering engaging communications that align with our strategy and bring our purpose to life.
Driving internal communications campaigns across multiple channels - think roadshows, intranet, digital campaigns, and video content.
Advising on communications best practice and helping leaders and teams connect with their audiences.
Monitoring and reporting on communications activities, measuring impact and finding opportunities for improvement.
Working independently in a fast paced environment where curiosity, initiative, and creativity are celebrated.
What You’ll Bring
Significant experience in internal or corporate communications roles within fast paced medium to large organisations (if you’ve worked in utilities, government, or a similar sector this will be highly regarded).
A flair for writing and storytelling across multiple channels. Coupled with strong content creation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Confidence in building relationships and presenting ideas.
Experience with intranet platforms, employee engagement initiatives, and project communications.
If you have knowledge of current and emerging communications trends, plus an eye for how people experience information and messages - we want to hear from you.
An ability to jump in, pick things up quickly, and keep pace within an energetic and evolving environment.
