The role:

Work with a range of clients providing meaningful services that will encourage positive health outcomes. This includes DVA, Work Cover, Comcare, Veterans RSL, Income Protection, Self-Insured clients and some fantastic State Government projects.

Provide a range of OT-specific assessments including Home Assessments, Assessments of Daily Living.

Provide DVA House Services: Assessment and Modifications

Service RSL Veteran clients with mental health services

Work across a range schemes providing Case management, Assessment, Planning and Review services

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders

Monthly travel up to the Fraser region.

Requirements:

Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, with AHPRA Registration

A driver’s license and car

Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desired however training and support will be provided, especially if you are coming from a clinical background.

A warm and professional manner with excellent communication skills

Willingness to travel up to the Fraser Coast once a month
