We are looking for an OT to join our team on a full time or part time basis. Bayside OT is a highly regarded mobile Private Occupational Therapy Mobile Practice, providing services to DVA, Aged Care, NDIS and private clients.

Work autonomously and flexibly within a friendly supportive team culture. We currently have 8 OTs and 2 Admin staff and our therapist's have a geographical caseload area to reduce travel between clients.

Higher than average renumeration, depending on level of experience, most therapists in our team earn well over $110,000pa pro rata

Technology provided includes Laptop, Ipad and Phone. We use efficient and effective CRM and IT systems.

The Role

This is a mobile community-based role working with adults with most therapists having caseloads comprising some younger adult clients and predominantly older adults and aged care clients. Over the years, we have spoken to a lot of clinicians about what they desire in their dream role, and we have incorporated this into our model of private practice.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with general Occupational Therapy assessment skills, in particular OT's who have an interest in equipment provision, home modifications and aged care. We see clients in their own homes through DVA, HCP, NDIS and private funding.

If you are less experienced, we can ensure you have a strong start to your career. For more experienced therapists we can tailor the role, help you upskill and support you to get great job satisfaction. At Bayside OT, caseloads are monitored to ensure a balance of complex and non-complex clients.

Location:

We are a mobile private practice based in the family friendly, Bayside region of the Redlands and south-eastern Brisbane suburbs. Each therapist works within a geographical area to reduce travel.
