We’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Casual Full-Time Sales & Office Assistant to join our busy concrete product sales yard.

📍 Location: Vineyard 2765 (onsite parking available, close to Vineyard train station)
💰 Pay Rate: $30 per hour
🕘 Hours: 5 days per week, including a rotating Saturday roster
📅 Start: Immediate

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting customers with product sales and enquiries

Quoting for landscape materials

Managing inventory and placing orders

Coordinating schedules for manufacturing and deliveries

General office and admin tasks – answering phones, responding to emails, filing, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

A people person who enjoys customer interaction and can confidently liaise with tradies and home builders

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Prior experience in sales or the trade industry is preferre

A flexible and team-oriented approach

Full training will be provided to the right person.
