ABOUT THE COMPANY.

My client is a family-owned Civil Contractor based in Western Sydney. Over the past few years, they have experienced strong growth and are now a preferred contractor for several high-profile builders, Transport for NSW, and major developers. As part of their continued expansion, a new Project Manager role has been created to lead an upcoming project in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will oversee the project and report directly to the Construction Manager, supported by a team of Site and Project Engineers.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. Working closely with senior management, you'll have the opportunity to track your professional development and career progression. You’ll lead a capable team of Engineers and Supervisors and play a key role in delivering a high-quality project outcome.

DUTIES.

• Drive the project to ensure timely delivery
• Develop and manage the program and schedule of works
• Manage client and subcontractor relationships
• Oversee financial reporting and project performance
• Monitor project costs and maintain budget control

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Prior experience in a Project Manager role
• Background in land development or infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial and financial understanding of project delivery
