Duties:

• Manage stock and customer ordering
• Carry out backorders and dealer swaps
• Build, check and allocate sold vehicles
• Organize and manage all vehicle transport
• Monitor stock position
• Conduct monthly internal stock audits
• Meeting manufacturer reporting guidelines
• Carry out the registration of New & Demonstrator vehicles
• Carry out plate swaps & vehicle acquisitions
• Print repair orders and purchase orders for incoming stock
• Work closely with pre delivery department regarding ETA’s
