The Role
We are searching for a driven, creative videographer to work directly with Dr Josh Wall as his personal videographer. This is not just about filming—it’s about helping to build a founder’s personal brand and documenting the journey of scaling one of Australia’s most exciting businesses. You’ll create cinematic, social-first content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and bring to life podcasts, day-in-the-life content, and in-clinic storytelling.

You’ll leverage six-figure production setups (Roland V-80HD video switchers, green screens, multi-cam rigs), while working side-by-side with Dr Josh and a multidisciplinary creative team including a photographer, marketing director, graphic designer, editors, and external agencies.

This is an in-house role where you’ll see your content reach millions, position a founder as a leading voice in the industry, and have your creativity fuel the growth of both Contour Clinics and Ilumae Skincare.

Key Responsibilities

Film and edit day-in-the-life, behind-the-scenes, and “build in public” content with Dr Josh.

Capture procedures and clinical content in a way that’s engaging, educational, and compliant.

Produce and direct high-quality podcasts and interviews with guests in clinic.

Manage and operate professional videography equipment including switchers, green screens, and multi-cam setups.

Adapt long-form content into short-form reels for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

Work closely with internal and external creative teams to align content with broader brand strategy.

About You

5+ years’ videography experience with a strong portfolio of social-first content.

Proven ability to shoot and edit for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

A go-getter who thrives being close to the action, working directly with a founder, and making content that drives influence and virality.

Skilled in professional camera setups, lighting, and sound. Experience with switchers, podcast equipment and green screens desirable.

Creative, proactive, and ambitious—you don’t just film, you find the story.

Comfortable balancing polished long-form with raw, engaging short-form content.
