Qualifications & experience

Working with Children Check (WWC)

Sporting background (Soccer)

MUST live within close proximity to Glen Waverley or Malvern

A positive attitude

Excellent communication skills and a high level of patience, essential for effectively interacting with children and their parents, as well as creating a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere

Understands child development principles and age-appropriate coaching techniques, ensuring that training sessions are suitable for the physical development of young players.

Tasks & responsibilities

Setting up of sessions (already planned out)

Managing a session with a maximum of 15 kids per class

Ensuring all kids feel welcome and part of the team

Be attentive at all times throughout the session

Be loud and enthusiastic

Reliable

Early morning starts on weekends

Ensuring the safety of all children

Available to work early morning on Weekends
