About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storeperson to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth workshop and customer operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

Picking and packing customer orders, workshop orders, and fuel injection pump room orders

Receiving incoming stock orders and checking against invoices

Dispatching online orders accurately and on time

Performing stock lookups and processing invoices using Pentana DealerPRO

Locating and managing stock effectively within the warehouse

Organising freight pick-ups and coordinating dispatch with couriers

Supporting customer service by assisting with enquiries when required

Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads

Customer service focused with good communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team

Previous experience in warehousing, parts interpreting, or automotive industry is highly regarded

Computer literacy (experience with DealerPRO or similar systems an advantage)
