Licensing:

Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Work Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or dealership environment.

Familiarity with modern vehicle systems, including electrical and computer-based diagnostics.

✅ Technical Skills:

Proficient in spray painting techniques (HVLP, airless, etc.)

Surface preparation (sanding, filling, masking, priming)

Paint mixing and color matching (metallics, pearls, clear coats)

Knowledge of automotive paint systems (2K, waterborne, urethane)

Experience using spray booths and drying equipment

Ability to interpret job cards and follow repair procedures

Familiarity with safety standards and use of PPE

Minor panel repair and filler work (desirable)

Buffing and polishing post-paint

Maintenance of spray guns and related tools
