We are on the search for chefs with leadership experience to take on a Fixed Term Assignment at one of our key clients – beginning at the start of September until the end of November, as a part of the spring racing carnival season…

Your culinary talents will play a key role in this exciting major event — with excellent earning potential along the way!

With additional opportunities existing across our remaining client portfolio before and after the spring racing assignment, from restaurants and hotels to busy corporate kitchens!

🔪 What we Offer:

A minimum of 38 hours per week

Above award rates - starting rate of $45 per hour + weekend penalty rates and super additional

Plus, plenty of opportunity for overtime!

Set and forget, we have rosters ready to fill!!

👨‍🍳 About You:

Flexible availability, including Saturdays over spring assignment

A minimum of 8 years’ experience in leadership roles within large catering operations

Proven experience as a Senior Chef - Sous Chef, or higher

Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s licence advantageous

Confidence running a section and leading teams

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety

An easy-going, open-minded and flexible approach with the….
