Rates: $65/hr (Level 2) | $150/hr (Level 3 Specialist) – Based on Experience

About the Opportunity
Roulaana is currently seeking experienced NDIS Support Coordinators (Level 2 and Level 3) to join our growing team of independent contractors.
We currently have 30+ participants ready and waiting to be matched with a Support Coordinator. This means you can hit the ground running immediately, with a high chance of matching and starting straight away.

Key Responsibilities
Level 2 – Support Coordination
Help participants understand and use their NDIS plans
Connect participants with informal, community, and funded supports
Coordinate services and support participants to set up service agreements
Monitor service delivery and adjust supports as needed
Support participants to build independence and self-advocacy
Identify and resolve basic barriers to accessing services
Maintain accurate case notes and prepare reports for plan reviews
Support participants to prepare for plan reassessments
Level 3 – Specialist Support Coordination
Includes all Level 2 responsibilities, plus:
Support participants with complex needs, high risks, or multiple service systems involved
Manage crisis situations and coordinate urgent or intensive responses
Work alongside justice, child protection, mental health, and housing systems
Develop and implement risk management and crisis support plans
Build long-term sustainable support networks for participants
Provide expert coordination where specialist knowledge is required
Prepare detailed reports, risk assessments, and progress updates for NDIA and stakeholders
Advocate for participants in complex or high-risk environments
About You
Experienced in delivering Level 2 and/or Level 3 (Specialist) NDIS Support Coordination
Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework, funding categories, and service provider networks
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving and advocacy skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and organised
Committed to ethical, culturally sensitive, and person-centred support
Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in NDIS Support Coordination
Qualifications in areas such as: Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Community Services, Nursing, or Allied Health
Ability to invoice for services
Australian working rights
ACN (Australian Company Number) / ABN (Australian Business Number)
Public liability & professional indemnity insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Own vehicle, driver’s licence, and comprehensive car insurance
Own laptop/device and tools required to deliver services
Ability to manage your own tax, superannuation, and (if applicable) HECS repayments
