Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of brand assets and marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, brand books, KV, campaign visuals).

Develop and maintain brand IP design, ensuring alignment with brand personality and consumer engagement.

Oversee offline flagship store and retail environment design (e.g., visual merchandising, signage, POSM, exhibition booths).

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

Translate business and marketing objectives into innovative visual solutions that resonate with target audiences.

Stay ahead of design and consumer trends, ensuring the brand maintains a cutting-edge, global aesthetic.

Oversee design production quality and coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and printers when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

5+ years of design experience with a proven track record in brand assets, packaging, and offline retail/flagship store design.

Strong portfolio showcasing IP creation, brand storytelling, and cross-channel visual executions.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of 3D/rendering software for store visualization is a plus.

Ability to balance creative innovation with commercial practicality.

Strong project management skills to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
