Location: Tullamarine, VIC 3043
Days: Mon – Friday (varying days)
Pay: $28–$35/hour (based on experience and abilities)

Are you a friendly, reliable, and capable dental assistant or receptionist looking to be part of a modern, supportive team? Mickleham Dental is seeking a casual/part-time dental all-rounder to help us deliver exceptional care and patient experience in our fast-paced but welcoming dental clinic.

About Us

Mickleham Dental is a growing, patient-centered practice located in Tullamarine. We offer a full range of dental services (implants, same day CEREC crowns, etc) using modern equipment and Exact dental software, in a clean, well-organised clinic. We're a tight-knit team that supports each other and our patients every step of the way.

Your Role Will Include:

Reception & Admin:

Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism

Booking and confirming appointments

Answering phones and managing patient enquiries

Processing payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS

Managing lab pickups/drop-offs and mail

Supporting with general administrative duties as needed

Chairside & Clinical:

Assisting dentists and hygienists during procedures

Preparing and sterilising instruments (Steri)

Keeping treatment rooms clean and well-stocked

Helping patients feel informed, cared for, and comfortable

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of dental reception and/or assisting experience preferred

Experience with Exact dental software highly regarded

Cert III in Dental Assisting (Essential)

Great multitasking and time-management skills

A calm, friendly, professional manner - even under pressure

Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude

Passion for excellent patient care
