The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Group CFO to provide financial leadership and oversight across the Group. This pivotal role will partner with the Managing Director and Boards to ensure accurate and timely reporting, robust financial control, and effective capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead statutory and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

Drive high standards of financial control, governance, and risk management.

Manage cash flow, debt facilities, and banking relationships.

Provide accurate and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.

Oversee investment evaluations, acquisitions, and integration processes.

Lead and mentor finance teams across portfolio businesses.

About You
We are looking for an experienced finance executive with a proven track record in a private investment, private equity, or diversified group environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

10–15+ years’ senior finance experience, including as CFO or equivalent.

Strong technical expertise in financial management, governance, and capital management.

CA/CPA qualification.

Ability to distill complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

High integrity, commercial focus, and alignment with Bydand’s values of trust, discipline, and long-term growth.
