About the Role This Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) position plays a key role in ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and strategic planning across multiple community funding streams. Reporting directly to the Finance & Grants Manager, this role combines financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and grant management with stakeholder engagement and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and review monthly P&L reports, quarterly submissions, and annual consolidated reports.
- Develop and maintain budgets, reforecasts, and rolling forecasts across multiple programs.
- Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and ad hoc reporting to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with funding agreements, sector regulations, and aged care standards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support training on financial systems.
About You
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA highly desirable).
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Previous exposure to aged care, healthcare, or community/NFP sectors is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Epicor, Prophix, PowerBI (or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams.
