We're currently looking for a Staff Engineer to undertake an initial 6-month contract for an Australian, SaaS company in Melbourne.

They are ideally looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in application development on complex, scaled systems hosted on AWS who is also passionate about leading & mentoring other engineers.

Skills & Experience:

• Significant experience of web technologies, languages & frameworks is critical - Typescript, NodeJS, React
• Experience building and operating scalable solutions in AWS environments
• Experience working on high performance APIs
• Experienced working with event driven design or distributed systems
• Experienced developing in CI/CD environment
• Abel to lead, coach & mentor other engineers.
