Our client, a very large, Federal Government Organisation, are Seeking the experience of a Change and Release Manager for a 12 + 12 + 12 month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and govern the enterprise knowledge management framework, aligned to ITIL and organisational objectives.
• Support business units in building, curating, and maintaining high-quality knowledge articles and content structures.
• Provide overarching guidance to ensure content is accurate, relevant, findable, and tailored to audience needs.
• Establish and maintain knowledge governance processes, including article lifecycle management, review schedules, and archiving practices.
• Analyse knowledge usage, gaps, and feedback to improve content effectiveness and drive self-service outcomes.
• Collaborate with service desk, support teams, and platform owners to embed knowledge creation into operational processes.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in knowledge management roles within a service-focused ICT or business operations environment.
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, frameworks (e.g. ITIL Knowledge Management), and best practices.
• Proven ability to support diverse business teams in creating and maintaining knowledge articles and content repositories.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing governance models, review processes, and reporting frameworks for content lifecycle management.
