Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver learning and development strategies aligned with organisational goals.

• Conduct training needs analyses across business units.

• Develop and implement engaging learning programs (in-house and outsourced).

• Partner with stakeholders to support talent development, performance improvement, and succession planning.

• Oversee the coordination and delivery of training logistics via the Learning & Development Coordinator.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and report on outcomes.

• Lead projects including leadership development, onboarding programs, and digital learning solutions.

• Ensure compliance with mandatory training and maintain accurate training records.

About You:

• Proven experience in a learning and development or training advisory role.

• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience managing or mentoring staff.

• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
