The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Multi-Trade Technician to join the Residential Maintenance team at Renewed Property Services Group (RPSG) – a leading provider of property maintenance and repair services across the Perth metro area.

This role is ideal for someone with a broad background across carpentry, building repairs, and general property maintenance, who can work independently, deliver high-quality outcomes, and represent RPSG with professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing a variety of skilled trade tasks including carpentry, patching, painting, tiling, decking, fencing, and general property repairs

Diagnosing issues and delivering effective, high-quality repair solutions

Leading jobs end-to-end, working independently and mentoring junior team members where required

Managing time and resources efficiently to complete works to a high standard

Providing clear communication and outstanding customer service to clients

Maintaining accurate records of completed works and materials used

Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience (5+ years) in residential maintenance, carpentry, or related trades

Broad skill set across multiple trade areas (excluding plumbing and electrical)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

High level of independence and accountability on jobs

Excellent communication and client service skills

A current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Flexibility for occasional overtime or urgent call-outs
