We are seeking a talented, can-do and customer focused Junior Receptionist to assist with general reception, and entry level administrative duties. Ideally you will have a bright and engaging persona, a current provisional drivers licence and the ability to grow into the variety of duties unique to the automotive industry. The successful applicant will be detailed minded, self-motivated, determined, up for a challenge, and looking to expand their skills in a strong and responsive business.

About the role.

In this role you will support the day to day operation of the Hobart dealerships, with a focus on answering the phones and directing emailed enquiries. This role will require 5 days per week and will also involve liaising with different departments to provide award-winning service to our customers.

You are well-presented and professional as well as perceptive and responsive to customer needs. You're someone who confidently sets the standard in customer service and has a passion for solution based outcomes. You have a bubbly, upbeat personality, and a strong work ethic.

A current driver's licence is essential for this role.
