We’re WHD, a digital marketing agency that does things differently. We don’t just make content. We create work that sparks, connects and performs. And now we’re looking for a Video Producer & Creative Lead to take charge of our shoots and guide our creative team.

This role is equal parts creator and leader. You’ll be directing shoots, managing a team of designers and editors, and making sure every piece of content that leaves our doors is something we’re proud of and our clients love.

What you’ll do

Lead our creative team of designers, videographers and editors

Own the video process from concept to delivery

Direct and film shoots across Australia (monthly travel)

Create shot lists for social media, YouTube and long-form content

Edit with precision and push the boundaries of what’s possible

Use the latest tools and AI to level up what we deliver

Confidently direct clients on set, keeping shoots on track and stress-free

Manage team workflow and capacity to deliver high-quality work consistently

Apply platform-specific video strategy to ensure content performs across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn

Set up and run lighting, audio and multi-camera shoots when required

What you’ll bring

Proven videography and editing skills with a strong portfolio

Proficiency with industry tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar)

Experience leading or mentoring creative teams

A calm head under pressure and sharp eye for detail

Confidence directing clients and crews on shoots

Strong understanding of storytelling, social media formats and what drives engagement

Experience creating content for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn

Curiosity and drive to explore new tools, techniques and AI

Flexibility to travel around Australia for shoots

Bonus points if you’ve got graphic design skills or drone experience
