ABOUT THE ROLE

📍 Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid / In-Office)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)

As we grow our Digital Marketing arm, we’re looking for a proactive, organised Marketing Coordinator to help us deliver sharper, smarter campaigns — for both our clients and our brand.

You’ll manage day-to-day campaign execution across eDM, SMS, Call Services, and social channels. You’ll also support internal brand activity, including social content calendars, marketing materials, and CRM updates.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to take the next step in their marketing career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise with clients to gather briefs, clarify requirements, and manage campaign timelines

Coordinate and execute eDM, SMS, and CRM campaigns — from briefing to rollout

Maintain a well-organised library of marketing assets; images, templates, design files, and campaign plans.

Collaborate with global team to manage content creation

Support the Business Development Manager with proposals, follow-ups, and CRM updates

Report on campaign performance and suggest optimisations based on data and insights

Manage social media calendars and assist with content scheduling and internal brand marketing

Maintain internal trackers to stay on top of deadlines, approvals, and reporting

Use Canva to support basic design and layout updates

Perform basic data cleaning and list preparation in Excel

Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure smooth project execution

ABOUT YOU

1–2 years’ experience in marketing, coordination, or admin-support roles

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Comfortable managing multiple projects and liaising directly with clients

Familiarity with Canva and CRM/marketing automation platforms (BeeFree, Campaign Monitor a plus)

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a team player

Proficient in Microsoft Office — especially Excel

Eager to learn and grow in a supportive team environment
