About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to provide delivery of the HVAC and refrigeration services needed to maintain service delivery capability of the facilities represented. This is to be achieved through compliance with the Metro North Values, adherence to all prescribed systems and processes.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Comply with and utilise procedures, policies, regulations, and standards which impact upon the position, including contemporary human resource management requirements and practices including Code of Conduct.
• Actively participate in the annual PDP process.
• Maintain personal licences and any assigned annual training requirements, to ensure that they are always current. Complete and maintain current status in all required training including face to face and online training.
• Ensure all Planned Maintenance work orders have required service reports attached as evidence of completion. Discuss defects identified with Trade Manager and assist in compilation of corrective works required to ensure equipment / items inspected remain in a serviceable condition. This includes completion of all paper based and electronic records.
