AIM Services Australia is recruiting a Crew Leader/Field Supervisor to join our NBN network construction team.
Due to increasing workloads, we are needing to add a Field Supervisor to oversee some of our crews.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the industry standards and proven leadership skills to manage a crew of dedicated professionals.
You will be responsible for working with the Crew in the field, assigning and tracking work, associated paperwork and compliance, training and assisting to upskill current and new workers, as well as ensuring Safety and High Standards are being adhered to.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is predominantly for REGIONAL SA works. (FIFO/DIDO opportunities)

What exactly you'll be doing
Working within the team on day to day tasks, you will assign and oversee the activities of a construction crew to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the required standards
Oversee the installation of pits and pipe, monitoring quality and providing guidance to the team
Liaise with Management and other crews to organize workflow and ensure jobs are completed successfully and on time
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and procedures
Provide mentorship and training to less experienced team members
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project
What we're looking for
Experience (3+ years) in the NBN industry, specifically in pit and pipe installation
Commitment to the business (Show up, on time, and do your best)
Demonstrated expertise in reading and interpreting construction plans
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate challenges on-site
Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
Proficiency in adhering to safety regulations and procedures
Flexibility to work away as required (attractive LAFHA paid)
NBN enAble accredited

Clean drivers licence
