Civil Operators and Labourers - Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter Valley

Atom Resources are looking for experienced Civil Operators and Labourers to join major infrastructure projects across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter Region. These are long-term opportunities with a view to go permanent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating civil machines for earthworks, land clearing, compaction and final grading and finishing works

Hands-on civil works: trenching, pit & pipe installs, duct laying & concreting

Assisting with underground utilities, HV cable laying and stormwater drainage

Operating plant (Excavator, Posi, Roller, Dump Truck - tickets desirable)

Supporting site teams, maintaining safety & productivity

What We’re Looking For:

Civil construction background – trenching, pit & pipe, utilities or drainage etc

White Card + plant tickets (advantageous)

Physically fit, reliable and able to work in all conditions

Team player with good communication on busy sites and can answer the phone and make a call
